Mission of the Sovereign Private State of Xaragua

The mission of the Sovereign Private State of Xaragua is the full restoration of divine order, ancestral sovereignty, and vertical governance on sacred Afro-Taíno land.

Xaragua exists not as a protest or petition, but as a structured and lawful nation, built upon ancestral rights, international law, and Catholic truth. Our purpose is not political revolution — it is sacred restoration.

We are a sovereign, self-contained Afro-Taíno nation, grounded in five eternal pillars:

1. Land Ownership Without Debt – The foundation of our sovereignty.

2. Faith and Theology – The Catholic Order of Xaragua as guardian of divine law and ancestral truth.

3. Strategic Education – The University of Xaragua as the national think tank and formation center of our elite.

4. Economic Autonomy – The Indigenous Bank and the Viaud'Or currency as tools of financial independence and sacred exchange.

5. Sovereign Defense – The Indigenous Army, rooted in ancestral law, defending land, peace, and sacred order.

Our Mission

Mission of Xaragua University

Xaragua University is the official academic arm of the Private Micro-State of Xaragua, a sovereign and structured entity rooted in ancestral legacy, private land ownership, Catholic faith, and historical legitimacy. As the intellectual and ideological headquarters of this sovereign body, the University plays a central role in forming the minds and spirits that will uphold and govern this unique territorial and cultural project.

Our mission is to cultivate a new political elite for the Southwest of the island of Hispaniola, historically known as Xaragua — homeland of a mixed people of indigenous, African, and European descent, bound by a shared destiny of resistance, ownership, and rebirth.

We aim to:

Empower sovereign leadership through rigorous training in political science, history, and strategic governance.

Preserve and promote the legacy of Xaragua, protecting its cultural identity, territorial autonomy, and sacred right to self-determination.

Support the Private State of Xaragua by providing the intellectual, diplomatic, and administrative formation required for its present and future stability.

Integrate faith and reason, reinforcing Catholic moral principles and spiritual discipline as foundations of public life.

Reject dependency, offering high-level education free from ideological interference, anchored in historical law and validated by a sovereign academic code.

Build a disciplined elite capable of managing security, law, diplomacy, development, and cultural integrity in the context of a fragmented world.

Pascal Viau

Rector-President of the Sovereign Private State of Xaragua

Direct descendant of Antoine Despuzeau, royal prosecutor under the French Crown during the colonial administration of Saint-Domingue, and of Louis-Auguste Daumec, imperial prosecutor general and founding magistrate of the Court of Cassation under Emperor Jacques I.

Pascal Viau is the sovereign head of state and constitutional founder of the Private State of Xaragua. As Rector-President, he embodies the continuity of law, ancestral right, and sacred authority in the land of Xaragua—reviving a sovereign order rooted in aristocratic lineage, territorial legitimacy, and spiritual command.

He is the architect of a complete national structure: a sovereign government, a national university dedicated to political and historical truth, a lawful Indigenous central bank, an organized civilian defense force rooted in ancestral territory, and a Catholic spiritual order aligned with divine law and ancestral memory.

Acting as head of state and de facto diplomat, Pascal Viau serves as the guardian of a nation reborn beyond the reach of colonial modernity and unbound by foreign classifications.

Jacques Viaud Renaud

The Revolutionary Poet

The founder of the University of Xaragua is also a descendant of Jacques Viau Renaud, a key figure in Xaragua-Dominican history. Born in 1941 in Xaragua, Jacques Viau Renaud was a poet and revolutionary who fought against oppression and injustice. Settling in the Dominican Republic, he joined the Dominican revolutionaries in their resistance against the 1965 U.S. invasion. Killed in battle at just 23 years old, he became a symbol of unity between Xaragua and the Dominican Republic, embodying resistance and brotherhood between the two nations.
